*sighs and rubs his eyes* I just saw some of the different links... I didn't realize you had posted some more links... so right now I have little to say.

First, get something right (for once). This artist is female. Second, it isn't as hard as you're making it out to be to fabricate the entire site. Now, I'm not saying YOU fabricated the site. Now it may not be an actual fabricated site, but... BUT it is possible that someone that worked on that site stole the pic because the girl looked like one of the characters. Note that if she stole the pic from the site, why the hell isn't the text on there or at least something that would show that something had been removed? (I have delt with a friend's art theft before, and the theif had left an obvious mark when getting rid of the sig) I'm not saying that is what happned, but is a possiblity. There is also the chance that if you look closer at the two pics there are differences. I myself have done freehand enlargements of DBZ picutes and they are not entirely the same. It would be extremely hard to do them entirely the same.... Also... I don't think many people would take the time to be uncoloring and linearting someone's art. Time-consuming and hard... plus I do believe there is an easier way than you describe which I know of because I'm familiar with photoshop.

Hrm... now how to continue... Oh, yes. How about you learn that many artists don't draw continously in the same style, nor do they draw everything in extremly high detail. Note that manga have low detail on figures that are small and in the distance. Think of it as telling a flight-sim to use low detail models on things far away.
Now... If you are hell bent on prooving your point then I'd suggest taking one of your linearts and asking the artist to color it in high detail like the other colorations. Another thing would be asking for unedited scans of lineart.

Oh, and lastely... so far you've only found one pic that you've claimed to be stolen.

Okay, I'd like to make a comment. First, I'm not a part of DeviantArt this is my friend posting for me. I'm the one that found the links to the game sites (well the first two) that proved that pictures Gardian-Ruka posted were indeed stolen.

Let me explain somethings. A friend showed me his art asking if they looked familiar. I honestly thought they did, and decided to look at his other art. Realizing that the art style was very different in many of the pics I sorta recognized one of the pics art from a game I played before at a friend's place. Not knowing the name I ask my friend who plays many ero-games and he said the same thing. "It looks really familiar but I'm not sure where".

After this we decided to look it up. Visiting our friend 2ch (a Japanese message board), we posted on a thread and asked if anyone knew where these pics are from. We got a reply.

If you look at post 682, we asked if anyone recognized where these pics are from, post #688 is a reply to us in which he tells us where two of the pics are from (the game name).

If you think that the links we provided were fabricated, you need to step back and look at something. The website domain is of a legit Japanese game company. The other of a legit online store. If you believe that we could fabricate these sites then you are seriously mistaken, because that would cost money, as well as an attempt to be sued by the actual game companies and store(as well as false advertisement).

Getting character line art, isn't very hard to reproduce using photoshop. Using filters to remove colors, creating line layers, and simply removing color is incredibly easy, just time consuming. After that the leftover lines can be edited simply to look like line drawings.

The fact that he is saying sites are stealing his art sickens me. Enough to actually contact the game companies themselves and report his claims. That being so, I hope he's ready to reply to them and prove that he actually created these(though I'm sure it'll be hard when the actual artist can draw the character himself in front of a courtroom).

It's one thing to enjoy the art of another and use it to design your wallpaper etc, it's another to claim that you did it. Never underestimate the powers of 2ch. It can prove virtually anything. ^_^

secondly the Getchu link [link] is also very real as they are set up to SELL these types of games and anime to people. on this site if you again take a little time to look around youll see that they have a wide varity to choose from (the Pink tab leads to news, Red to PC games, Orange to Anime, yellow to music, green to merchendise, lt.purple to Yaoi (m/m) games, dk.purple to downlaods, lt.blue is to search the site and Dk.blue is info)

dont be sad... at least you have learned the most important lesson you need to learn on your entire lifetime:

unless it's someone that passed thru things u passed..
